AtHeart Shines at iHeartKPOP Live

Rising global K-Pop sensation AtHeart performs their latest single “Say It” at the iHeartKPOP Live with JoJo, wowing fans with their energetic performances, unwavering vocals, and undeniable charm. Held at the iHeartRadio Theater in Los Angeles, the members – MICHI, ARIN, KATELYN, BOME, SEOHYEON, AURORA, and NAHYUN- performed various hits from their discography as well as played fun games and a Q&A.

This was my second time seeing AtHeart perform live – the first being the AtHeart Experience about a year ago when they first released “Plot Twist“. I was excited to see not only the growth of the group but also to see them complete with all seven members. AtHeart’s energy was contagious and their stage presence immaculate, as they performed songs such as “Good Girl (AtHeart),” “Shut Up,” “Push Back,” “Dot Dot Dot,” “Knew Me,” and more.

What really impresses me, aside from their vocals and sharp dance moves, is the chemistry between the members, showing how close-knit a group they are. The group executes each song with perfection while still maintaining that carefree youthful energy, having interactions with each other throughout the performance.

AtHeart’s passionate fanbase (affectionately called HeartBeat) cheered them on through each song, and the members never stopped interacting with the audience throughout the entire show, even during their Q&A session. During the song “Push Back”, the members taught the audience the arm movement from the choreography, asking them to join in during the chorus, which HeartBeat happily obliged.

Aside from the performances, some of my favorite parts of the evening were the games JoJo played with the members, such as the special hidden talent showcase, where BOME showed off her incredibly accurate crow imitation. Other fun games included the Aegyo challenge, which was a crowd fave, and the Most Likely Superlative game, where MICHI reveals why she thinks she’s most likely to survive a zombie apocalypse: “Long legs.”

I appreciate that the event wasn’t solely focused on performances. These mini games and exclusive interviews allow the fans to get to know the group better, and for any new fans, to learn more about each member and what their dynamic is like. It highlights the members’ personalities and felt like we were all sharing something special through the songs and the lighthearted games.

AtHeart is a group to keep an eye on, and that’s what I plan to do. Stay tuned for an interview with them all about their new single, their remake series “TIME TRAVEL PROJECT,” and more!

What Is Next For AtHeart?

Released earlier this summer, “Say It” introduced AtHeart’s ambitious TIME TRAVEL PROJECT, a global remake series that reimagines beloved songs from 1996 for a new generation. The single, a fresh interpretation of The Cardigans’ iconic hit, “Lovefool,” generated widespread attention and further accelerated the group’s global momentum.

Following the iHeartRadio Theater performance, AtHeart now looks ahead to the next chapter of the TIME TRAVEL PROJECT with the upcoming release of its second single, a reinterpretation of Roo’Ra’s beloved 1996 hit “3! 4!” As the group’s international fanbase continues to grow, the sold-out Los Angeles event stands as another defining milestone in AtHeart’s rapid ascent.
