Brie Larson unites with Iman Vellani and Teyonah Parris in the first official trailer for ‘The Marvels’
Things are about to get higher, further, faster in Marvel’s upcoming feature film, ‘The Marvels’. Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), and Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani) get entangled in a phenomenon where whenever they use their powers, they switch places. The trio must band together to save the universe from the impending danger.
The official synopsis for ‘The Marvel’ is thus:
“Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe.”
We got a sneak peek at the upcoming feature film at the end of the Disney+ series ‘Ms. Marvel’, where Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel suddenly appears in Kamala Khan’s bedroom, with no clue how she got there. The film will be directed by Nia DaCosta (Candyman) and soar into theaters on November 10, 2023.
