The adventure continues for Vox Machina on October 3! The popular TTRPG actual-play turned animated series returns to Prime Video this fall for its third season, and the new trailer ups the ante for the group of adventurers.
The trailer opens on Emon, covered in lava and ash following the destruction of the Chroma Conclave. With Thordak hot on their trail, Vox Machina’s future looks grim: “The future is frightening,” says Vax (Liam O’Brien). “It’s a future which has yet been written.” In a vision, Keyleth (Marisha Ray) is seen at a cemetery, sobbing in front of a tombstone featuring the faces of her friends. Their world could be destroyed unless they go to… Hell. Indeed, it looks like Vox Machina finds themselves in hell, meeting grotesque creatures at every turn.
The trailer is paired with the track “Bang Your Head” by AWOLNATION from their latest album, The Phantom Five.
Returning to the series are Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey as Vex, Taliesin Jaffe as Percy, Ashley Johnson as Pike, Liam O’Brien as Vax, Marisha Ray as Keyleth, Sam Riegel as Scanlan, and Travis Willingham as Grog.
